Fundamental of Yoga

Yoga is becoming a popular mode of wellness and can be practised for self-benefit and to help others. It is an online course that can be taken up by students who are receiving regular Yoga training as well as other Yoga enthusiasts. It will be an additional program for positive self-development and may be useful in future job applications as Yoga is being actively promoted by the Government of India through the Ministry of AYUSH.

The fundamentals of yoga course typically serve as an introduction to the philosophy, practices, and principles of yoga. In this course, we have 15 modules and it offers a structured approach to help you build a strong foundation in the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga practice. This course aims to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and practices needed to establish a strong foundation for their yoga journey. Whether your goal is to improve physical fitness, reduce stress, or deepen your spiritual connection, this course provides a supportive environment for exploration and growth.
